Dinner & Auction with live music provided by The Texas Toast

The Texas Toast is a country and rock band from Houston, TX, that was formed in 2005.  Eric Korb (Lead Guitar and Vocals) and Steve Vanhorn (Drummer) wanted a purer Texas sound than their other band projects.  Within a few days, other well-known musicians came together to complete the sound such as Jeff Lovejoy (Vocals and Rhythm Guitar), Sheila Garcia (Vocals), and Jacob Milwee (Bass).  Much like Texas weather, you never really know what you'll get when the Toast takes the stage.  The Toast has been known to play everything from "Folsom Prison Blues" (Johnny Cash) to "The Chair" (George Strait) and on to “Pride and Joy" (Stevie Ray Vaughn).  More recent additions to the set list include "It’s a great day to be alive" (Travis Tritt) and "Before he cheats" (Carrie Underwood).  The Toast has done an awesome job learning classic Texas tunes and continues to learn the new classics.  Come out and see the Texas Toast play a bit of the sounds you already know and love.

We do not currently have any MP3's or songs for you to upload to the website.  We are working on getting some recordings copyrighted that we can use for this in the future.  Thanks again and the band can’t wait to play the Texas Two Step III on May 5, 2007!
